Summary
The obvious surprises for the picture are the Titans and the Niners with one loss a piece. While many may point to Tennessee as a result of a cupcake schedule, the Niners are not only firmly in the lead, but they have performed extremely well against tough matchups. Led by Jimmy G who has been as close to flawless as you can be, the Niners have found success with patience in the passing game and defense. The AFC West battle features the two clear favorites for the AFC Title who unfortunately send one to the wildcard round. The Jets have found early run game success with the duo of Bell and Ekeler but will be tested by tougher opponents with time. A stout performance against Zeke Elliott proves their defense is for real.
