Playoff Picture: Season 5

AFC

The Browns tops the charts with an 11-2 record. Their two losses have come to AFC playoff contenders so while they should easily see the one seed, they may have some adversity in the playoffs this time around.

A surprising 10-4 Bills sit atop the AFC East and the two seed but if they want to hold onto to not only the seed, but the position, they need to watch out for the 9-5 Jets. If they have a h2h matchup soon it could be the deciding factor.

The Titan and Texans duke it out for the third seed and the AFC S title. One of my personal favorite rivalries, the edge sits currently with Tennessee.

With the Raiders losing to Seattle, 8-6 is the record for two AFC W teams and both don’t look exactly ready for the post season. And if they can’t step it up the chargers sit at 7-6 ready to rock.

Prediction:

1 – Cleveland Browns

2 – Buffalo Bills

3 – Houston Texans

4 – Los Angeles Chargers

5 – Tennessee Titans

6 – New York Jets

NFC

Its no surprise to see the 2x and defending champion Warren on top of the loaded NFC. Saquon is on his way to the three peat at this point, but a loss to the Eagles puts him just one game a head in the division.

The Eagles found their way this season and sit 11-3 behind a dominant defense and an excellent run game. While they are second in terms of record, they are primed for the 5 seed as of now.

The Cardinals went through a minor offensive makeover mid season but have bounced back. Winning 1 of their two matchups against flex will score him the division and the Arizona boys look to have their second straight playoff bye.

The Saints and Bucs rivalry has been quite confusing but both teams are 9-4 and scratching for the division. They play this week but the Saints have the edge here with Cameron Jordan and the leagues top runner Alvin Kamara.

While they top the NFC North they aren’t exactly sitting pretty. The Vikings had one of the worst performances on defense I have ever seen but Jordan is the right user to bounce back from a tough game. They sit 9-5 far ahead of the NFC N opponents.

Prediction:

1 – New York Giants

2 – Arizona Cardinals

3 – New Orleans Saints

4 – Minnesota Vikings

5 – Philadelphia Eagles

6 – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
