We are back with the second recap of the season. Another quick vance cycle as everyone is eager to play. Remember, this monday will be Red Zone for Week 4 games so hit me up if you want to play your game at either 8:30 or 9:30. Alright lets get into it.

The Best Football Team

Entering his first year in Top Madden, Nekko is getting a quick reality check in terms of competition. Make no mistake, he can compete and will compete but his Giants fell to 0-2 this week in their NFC East debut. The Football Team on the other hand, bounce back after a rough week 1 to get in the W column and it was on the back of their defense’s 4 turnovers. Antonio Gibson managed to score twice enroute to a 52-28 victory.

Soldier Field host Field Day for Cincinnati Youth

Justin Fields is on fucking fire as he ties the NFL record for passing touchdowns with 7 in a single game. Many users doubted Willies abilities following unsuccessful campaigns in Baltimore and Kansas City the last few cycles, but back home in Chicago he has found his groove and has returned to the Willie we know and love. Harpdaddy was the victim this week after his week 1 win against the Vikings, but simply struggled to stop the ARob/Mooney duo all day long.

Buffalo makes claim for early SB favorite

5 minutes into the Week 1 Red zone matchup the Bills looked doomed. A sus run defense and an interception had them down 10 in Pittsburgh. Since then, they have outscored their opponents 96-47. This week the Bills absolutely decimate their division rival Miami. Sacking Tua 3 times, and forcing 4 turnovers the defense looks to be the one of the best in the division while Zach Moss shined for the 3% of fantasy players that even have him rostered with 3 touchdowns on the ground.

Players of the Week

Cam Akers scored 4 touchdowns with 288 yards on the ground against Indy to secure his first POTW award.
Despite the heartbreaking loss, Malik Hooker forced two turnovers with an interception and a forced fumble to earn defensive player of the week.

Same Shit, Different Decade

With all the new blood and talent in the NFL, its two veterans that continue to dominate after the catch. Through two weeks of games, the only player over 100 yards after the catch is none other than future HOF tight end Gronk. The Buccaneers look spectacular this year starting 2-0 in two clutch performances, and many could argue its been Gronk that’s the difference.
