Top Playoff Race

AFC

Division Leaders

The race for the one seed is tight with all 4 division leaders having big seasons. Warren sports the top spot at the moment in Pittsburgh with an insane 17 points allowed per game. Miami sits at 9-2 sporting a clean perfect record in AFC games. The Texans win over Detroit puts them at 9-2 leading the AFC South. Ptown has ripped 8 straight wins in Kansas City to round out the division leaders.

Wild Card Warriors

While there is 6 teams in the Wildcard race at the moment, 3 are also very close to taking their division away. The Bengals have lost 3 of their last 4 and need an adjustment to reclaim the AFC N. The Ravens lose to Pittsburgh this week and lose the lead but sport the third best record in the league at 9-2. And lets not forget Jacksonville, who sit just 1 game behind the Texans and are undefeated in AFC S play so far.

The Bills have had some heartbreaking games but at 6-5 they are the first team on the outside looking in on playoffs. but 5 AFC losses may come back to haunt them. The Raiders have ripped off some impressive wins against LA and Cincy, but they have to find some defense allowing 40 ppg. Finally let’s not sleep on Nano who has the Browns at 5-5. Could the entire AFC N make the post season?

NFC

Division Leaders

The NFC is not quite as clean as the AFC is. The Eagles and Lions top the boards at 8-2. The Panthers and Buccaneers are in a dead heat for the NFC South, but Carolina has the tie breaker for now. And the Los Angeles Rams are both the best offense in the league and the worst defense in the league. They drop to 6-5 this week against Philly and may surrender their division lead.

Wildcard Boys and Bubble Hopefuls.

Da Bears are the highest perfoming wildcard team, and they have yet to take on Detroit in what could be their chance to take the division lead. Ahard has the Bucs fighting for the division, and firmly hold a wildcard spot. The Giants surprisingly sit at 6-4 behind some impressive defense allowing a league low 17 points per game.

Seattle has had its highs after a rough start to the season. They are just a good week of events away from taking the West, similar situation to the niners who sit a 5-5. This is a real win and in, lose and out situation for these guys.
